V & R Accounting, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Sue Voth, EA, in Quincy Illinois. In 2019 V&R added a second location in Maryville, IL, serving the metro east area.

We provide services to over 250 small businesses and prepare tax returns of all types for over 3500 clients. We specialize in small businesses – providing a full range of accounting and tax services to help them be successful.

Sue is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS and is permitted to represent clients before the IRS.

Income Tax Returns for individual (1040), partnership (1065), corporation (1120), small business corporation (1120S), fiduciary (1041), estate (706), and gift tax (709) returns.

Payroll Services to all types of small businesses. From after-the-fact payroll service to electronic timecard systems, as well as preparing the time sheets and payroll checks. Payroll Check printing or direct deposit of payroll checks are both available options.

Write Up Services for small businesses – including preparation of income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.

Employment Tax Forms both Federal and State employment tax forms.

Sales Tax Returns for the states of Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri.
